The Circular Fashion Festival will take place from Monday October 17th to Sunday October 23rd at various locations downtown Guelph and on virtual platforms. Guests can pre-register online through Eventbrite. The event provides the community with easy ways to take action, helping the Guelph Tool Library achieve their mission of building community resilience by engaging its members in sharing knowledge, skills, and resources.
Events during the festival include a virtual panel on fashion in the circular economy, an upcycled fashion show, a sewing machine repair workshop, a talk on microplastics in fashion, an upcycled dinner in collaboration with Community FEWD and the Helper Bees, Guelph's Largest Clothing Swap and Sale, and a clothing repair café.
