To celebrate Waste Reduction Week, Western Counties Regional Library, in partnership with Waste Check, will be hosting a Costume Swap.
Drop off a costume you no longer need and pick up a new one for Halloween.
Costumes will be accepted at the circulation desk during open hours beginning October 11th, 2022.
