Buy less, waste less - with our annual Zero Waste Challenge!
Reep Green Solutions' Zero Waste Challenge aims to introduce participants to the Circular Economy: a system of production and consumption where resources used to make items are regenerated and re-used, rather than simply thrown away. That's why, every October, we challenge participants to try to fit all their waste destined for landfill into a mason jar for 7, 14 or 30 days. The Challenge is an opportunity for each of us to learn about our consumption habits and challenge ourselves to find low-waste solutions to these habits!
Ready to accept the Challenge? Here's three simple steps to get started:
1. Register for our 7, 14, or 30 Day Challenge at reepgreen.ca/zwc
2. Grab a 1 litre mason jar.
3. Put all your waste destined for the landfill into your mason jar. Everything that can be composted or recycled should go in the green bin or blue box.
